" A woman without her man is nothing" on the chalkboard and asked his students to punctuate it correctly..
All of the males in the class wrote :
"A woman, without her man, is nothing."
All the females in the class wrote :
"A woman: without her, man is nothing."
Punctuation is powerful!!

the same situation I've enjoyed in my 12th class. Sir was giving the syn text of future tense. End of the class one girl stood up and said that sir what is this "foo too re"? this is the pronunciation of that girl.
